Back to the Drawing Board
I know the title of this article is a bit misleading. I'm not actually going back to the drawing board. Far from it, actually. It looks like Marvel and DC are the ones taking a few hundred steps back in their lines. I'll keep it short but I will say that I am a bit put off by the idea that you'd spend decades refining and honing your continuities and narrative only to then do a complete 180 and make everything old new again.
I just feel like folks are filing for creative bankruptcy all over the place and it makes it really hard to stay excited for the comics coming out in the near and even distant future.
